This brings an initial implementation for plugin spawn. The resulting models from the example are still not working, but this is due to unfinished implementations in HVAC Modelica part (especially port assignments). However, we want to bring this first implementation into development, as the existing bugs are not Spawn related and needs to be solved anyway.
